If at anytime I am unsure about firearm sales or transfers, I will contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS and visit http://www.atf.gov.

  1. I am 18 years of age or older.
  2. I will not use NCGunSwap.com for any illegal activities.
  3. I understand that NC Gun Swap DOES NOT become involved in transactions between parties and does not verify, scrutinize, or in any way guarantee the legal scope of any party to transact.
  4. I am personally responsible for understanding and obeying all applicable laws, including, but not limited to federal, state, municipal, tribal statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and judicial decisions, also to include applicable Presidential Executive Orders, including compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.
  5. NC Gun Swap may edit or remove information, including my listings, from the site without notice.
  6. If I violate any of these terms, NC Gun Swap may permanently remove me from the site or, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, avail itself of such remedies as are prescribed by law.
  7. I may only have one account and may only list an item once, in the correct category, and in my physical location.
  8. I take responsibility for my actions while using NCGunSwap.com. I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of NCGunSwap.com. Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of such my actions.
  9. I indemnify and hold harmless NC GUN SWAP and all of its owners, employees, and agents for any and all loss, harm, damage, costs, liability, and expense caused to them, whether intentionally or unintentionally, by my use of NCGunSwap.com, including but not limited to direct or indirect results of violations of any and all applicable laws.
